I’m a Product Designer with a strong passion for App Design, 3D, craft, quality and a deep understanding of technology.
Originally starting off my career as an Engineer with a Computer Science Degree, I was that pesky engineer designing UI in photoshop before UI/UX designer was a common job description. Eventually I transitioned into full time design and when the App Store first came out, I focused on designing native apps and haven’t looked back. My technical background allows me to stay close to the technology making my designs practical and realistic.
I've worked for a wide variety of companies, from startups to large corporates including Apple in California.
I love all things design: grids, typography, bold colors, intuitive UI, 3D interactions, animation and simple, clean and minimal aesthetics but believe the most powerful thing about design is how it works to solve a user’s problem and deliver an amazing experience. I’m at my best when there is a big problem to solve for and love to distill the complex down into something simple yet powerful.
In addition to my design skills, I have leadership, business and engineering experience enabling me to collaborate and communicate with all stakeholders easily and effectively. My approach is calm, fun, humble, collaborative and can work independently or as part of a team.

David started off his career with a university degree in Computer Science and worked as an engineer for many years before switching to design. Deep knowledge of platforms and engineering friendly.

Expert User Experience (UX) Design experience, from hands on design across all UX disciplines including design, research, testing, leadership & mentorship.
With a passion for Video Games, David worked for Apple on a number of gaming services and has now turned to working on actual games themselves.
